Meditation on Twin Hearts

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is all about blessing the earth, blessing those who live on it, with Loving Kindness. This is done by activating the Crown Chakra and Heart Chakra as well as using the Peace Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. Once activated, we then energize and heal the earth. 

The Heart Chakra is the Chakra at the center of your chest. This Chakra also is where the physical heart is as well. This is the center of Joy, Love, Compassion, Kindness, Mercy as well as other Higher refined emotions. 

The Crown Chakra is at the top of your head and is the entry point of one's higher consciousness. To achieve oneness and spiritual enlightenment is is important that the Crown Chakra is activated. By refining one's emotions they are then able to experience and share Divine Love with all.
